{"id":2768,"date":"2015-06-18T12:53:56","date_gmt":"2015-06-18T19:53:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ppo.puyallup.wsu.edu\/sod\/?p=2768"},"modified":"2015-06-18T12:53:56","modified_gmt":"2015-06-18T19:53:56","slug":"2015-pr-detections","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ppo.puyallup.wsu.edu\/sod\/2015\/06\/18\/2015-pr-detections\/","title":{"rendered":"2015 Pr detections"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;font-size: small\"><strong>From January 1 to June 3, 2015, <em>P. ramorum <\/em>was reported in 10 <\/strong><strong>nurseries (OR 8, WA 1, VA 1), one commercial landscape (LA), and a botanical garden (WA) in non-quarantine areas.<\/strong> <em>P. ramorum <\/em>was detected in <em>Camellia <\/em>(2),<em> Kalmia <\/em>(1),<em> Mahonia <\/em>(1),<em> Osmanthus <\/em>(1),<em> Pieris <\/em>(10),<em> Rhododendron <\/em>(40),<em> Viburnum <\/em>(4),<em> Vinca <\/em>(2), and soil samples (8). Four of the nurseries ship interstate and are in the USDA APHIS compliance program (started spring, 2014; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.aphis.usda.gov\/plant_health\/plant_pest_info\/pram\/downloads\/pdf_files\/DA-2014-02.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Federal Order DA-2014-02<\/a>). The Confirmed Nursery Protocol is underway in all nurseries and no findings were made at trace-forward sites.
