CCP Assessment for Nurseries

Find out where the disease problem areas are in your nursery and get help with fixing them.

WSU will visit the nursery and carry out a Critical Control Point (CCP) assessment and recommend Best Management Practices (BMPs). A follow-up visit and re-assessment will be conducted to determine whether the BMPs are effective. Test kits will be used to detect Phytophthoras in soil, water, and plant material. Nurseries will be provided with a customized set of management recommendations for growing healthy plants.

Pesticide recertification credits will be offered for participating nursery employees.
