Results from 2011 monitoring

a circle graph without numbers to express the percentages, indicating the species results from site 1103 Clarks Creek upstream. The largest amount of results at nearly half was Pythium new sp 2. The next largest result was Phytophthora gonapodyides. The remaining six species have approximately the same amount. Phytophthora taxon Pg chlamydo, Phytophthora taxon oaksoil, Phytopthora siskiyouensis, Phytopythium new spo 1, Pythium new sp 1, and Elognisporangium anandrum.
Water temperature results for site 1103 Clarks Creek upstream. It started at 9C on 16 March. Between 23 March and 13 April it grew to 10C, where it remained through 25 May.
