Intensively sampled sites – monitored for one two-week period with more samples collected

Student lab projects

circle graph shows test results from Puget Creek site. Of 35 samples, over half of them were Phytophthora gonapodiydes. Making up the rest of the results and approximately equal to each other are Phytophthora pseudosyringae and Pythium flavoense.
